Your privacy and data security are fundamental to the ARVYN experience. We collect only what is necessary to deliver your pieces and improve our craft.

  • Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe — ARVYN receives only a payment token and basic billing metadata.
  • Only authorised team members can access order-critical data.
  • We conduct regular reviews of data security practices.

1.3 Payments

ARVYN uses Stripe for all payment processing. Stripe stores and secures your card information under PCI-DSS compliance. ARVYN receives only a payment confirmation token — we never see or store your full card number.

1.4 Cookies & Tracking

We use essential and performance cookies to remember your preferences, maintain your session, and understand how people use the site. Disabling cookies may affect site functionality. No data is sold to advertisers.

1.5 Your Rights

  • Access / Update: View or correct your personal data at any time.
  • Delete: Request permanent deletion of your account and associated data (legal and accounting exceptions may apply).
  • Opt-Out: Unsubscribe from ARVYN marketing emails via the link in any email.

2. Handmade Variations

Every ARVYN piece is hand-embroidered by a master artisan. Because every stitch is placed by a human hand — not a machine — slight variations in colour, stitch density, thread tension, and motif placement between your piece and the product photography are entirely normal.

These are not defects. They are the proof that your piece was made by hand, and the reason no two ARVYN jackets are ever identical. Your edition number documents this.

3. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unaltered pieces in original condition with hang tags attached. To initiate a return, email hello@weararvyn.com with your order number.

Manufacturing Defects

If your jacket arrives with a significant production flaw — not a natural handmade variation — email us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos. We will repair or replace the item at no cost to you.

Size Exchanges

Size exchanges are subject to availability. Because drops are limited, we cannot guarantee the same style will be available in another size. Email us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate.

What We Cannot Accept

  • Worn or washed items.
  • Items with hang tags or edition tags removed.
  • Returns initiated after 14 days of delivery.
  • Claims based on natural handmade variation (see Section 2).

4. Shipping & Duties

ARVYN ships Australia-wide. International shipping is coming — join the Inner Circle to be notified when your country goes live.

  • Free shipping on all Australian orders over A$150.
  • Orders dispatched within 2 business days of confirmation.
  • Estimated delivery 7–12 business days Australia-wide.
  • A tracking number is emailed upon dispatch.
  • For international orders (when live): import duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product price.

5. Age Restrictions

weararvyn.com is not directed at children under 13. If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a child under 13, it will be deleted promptly.

7. Policy Updates

We may revise this policy to reflect changes in how we operate or to meet legal requirements. When updated, the 'Last updated' date at the top of this page will change. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers by email.
